Peter Coffeng (1960) is an ambassador for the Centraal Museum in Utrecht. He was a member of the board of directors of the Lucebert Foundation, dedicated to the work of the Dutch poet and painter.

Most recently, he led a real estate development company, an activity to which he has dedicated himself as an independent advisor in recent years.

He served as a tax inspector for the Belastingdienst, the Dutch tax authority. He also worked for companies specialising in Tax Law and in the banking sector.

He holds a degree in Tax Law from the University of Groningen, in the Netherlands.
